Abstract

This study provides the basic knowledge about the Christian beliefs and the concept of Gifts, Fruits and Beatitudes in the Christianity. This study provides the basic concept of these three terms associated with the Christianity and the meanings of these in the life of an individual. This study provides the general description of these concepts, and then compares and contrasts them to look for the relation between these concepts in Christianity.

Introduction

Christianity is based on the basic concept of the “spirituality”, with the spirituality there is another important concept associated with it, which provides the basis of Christian beliefs. This is the concept of love which provides the foundation to the basis of Christianity. It is a major concern associated with it. Love for God, Love for Jesus and Love for the Spiritual purification and the nature and creation of God. This love and spirituality brought the concept of the charity which is blessed upon the humanity by the Holy Spirit. This is the basic concept that is associated with the human virtues and following the path of God. In this way it is a common belief that every Christian need to develop the qualities and life of the Jesus in a way that their lives should reflect the life of Jesus and their soul must transform into the soul of Jesus.

The common beliefs of Christianity are to follow the Path of God, understanding Bible and implementing the Scripture in their lives, following the life and soul of Jesus and to accept the teachings of God and Holy Spirit. This is the only way which can assist in attaining the attributes of Holy Spirit. With the attribute of God the most important aspect of love is associated which can guide through all delights and happiness of soul. This is only gain with the love and union with the Holy Spirit. Love is something which is always associated with the expression and the best way to express love is through happiness and charity. The life of Jesus reflects both these aspects which require that it is very important for all of us to understand the concept of love and charity and to implement this in our lives

Thesis Statement

God and Holy Spirit have blessed the humanity with their love by expressing through various gifts, fruits, and Beatitudes.
