Introduction

For social interaction means the bond or link between people and are essential for the group, so that without it society would not work. For sociology, social relations, modes of interaction are not limited to the family or kinship; covers industrial relations policies in sports clubs, in work places, etc. The link between social positions, the relationship of the situation or the position occupied by the person within the company in respect of each other. It also applies to relations between groups, categories, associations, classes.

The reciprocal functional interaction occurs when people play together complementary social roles. The roles of different people are facing and relate, as friend-friend relationships, parent-child, vendor-client relationship. There are a few basic forms of social interaction. The term designates a process repeated series of operations. The basic processes of social interaction are: cooperation, accommodation, assimilation, conflict, obstruction and competition.

Discussion

Cooperation is a reciprocal relationship, can not be unilateral, but neither requires exactly the same amount of effort for each of the parties. People bring their efforts together and more or less simultaneously in order to achieve a goal. Sometimes, one party achieves more than the other desired good, but more interested in the cooperation process than product (Hakansson, 2009). There are varying degrees of accommodation: mere tolerance among individuals, the compromise, a process in which one party makes concessions to the other, arbitration and conciliation. In a complex society in which the person participates in several groups, can cooperate and accommodate one another.

Conflict is a means to an end. When it comes to conflict of ideas between young and old, between management and labor do not match the sociological concept.
