Introduction

I am the CEO of Samsung Electronics Company and, my organization is among the top most organization of the world. I have developed certain key strategies of leaderships in order to boost my organization to the top of the world. I am using both transactional and transformational leadership styles in order to improve outcomes of my organization. I am providing full benefits to my organization as I am a strong facilitator and, targeting communication goals and, motivation of employees. I know that, first and foremost aim of any organization is to satisfy customer requirements, and if customer requirements are not met then, organization cannot produce positive outcomes. I am targeting all the mission and goals of my organization by using EFQM model and, other leadership competencies models in order to bring competitive advantage. Health care organizations should do a business like other top most organizations of the world. I agree that, the process of opening up a business is the same regardless of the genre of the business since a business is said to require the same set of planning as well as resources to have a tangible presence from an intangible one (Fine, 2009). Health care needs certain improvement and, work like other top business of the world because, health care business is also the important aspect of our society and, play important role in bringing a healthy and prosperous society.

Discussion

We all know that, all businesses need the right kind of people to plan, organize, influence, control, lead and influence. The owners of the business need to ensure the fact that they analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the business entity which is said to be internal to the organization and then opportunities and threats that are external to the organization (Bradford, 2000). The entrepreneur needs to ensure the fact that he turns all his weaknesses to strengths and capture the opportunities to make the business strong so that the business is able to face the threats. Furthermore, PESTLE analysis is done to analyze whether forces at a macro level are in favor of the development of the business entity.

After these are analyzed it is then, when a business plan is developed. A business plan is a plan that is said to be a route map or a road map that is said to aid the entrepreneur in developing the apt strategies that is required in its development and how it has to be achieved. Amidst the process of making a business plan the entrepreneur can detect problems that can arise in the future and tackle them or make a contingency plan before hand to ensure that the business runs in an effective and efficient manner throughout.
