The explorations of Europeans all over the world from the Atlantic Ocean in the last five hundred years have become progressively more connected. This process has resulted with both positive and negative factors. The process has created exchanges in cultural activities, behaviors, technologies, and medical issues. On the other hand, the process has helped the mankind in achieving some of their dreams. The humans are now more close to each other as in the past the things were more towards destruction of each other. The 16th century opened the doors to new concepts of world-wide civilizations. From the 16th to 19th century it was the European civilizations carried around the world. The 20th century brought different forces at work and promoted the region's most trendy culture to the rest of the world. It also introduced the concept of America capitalism and Russian communism. It also brought the independence of human communities. The civilizations were exported like the Spanish to Latin America, and the English culture to empires like Australia, Canada, India and many other parts of the world.

The rulers in the Central and Eastern Europe had many of the structures in common. Each of them had a strong ruler who maintained ties with dignity through providing concessions. This granted to the graciousness which gave them more autonomy compared to the West. The conditions turned worsen during the 1500-1650 due to various factors. The absolutism in France was a system of absolute monarchy the 16th century. This monarchy system was introduced after the reformation monarchy and was established in the 17th century. In the French absolutism, Louis XIV, Cardinal Richelieu and Louis XIII helped them out in knocking out the power of nobility. In their absolute society the King's word was law. They centralized the ruling power under the King. The nobles stayed for a year after destroying the Palace of Versailles it was the Louis methodology of keeping things under control. He had a great control over his country. In comparison the European absolutism, was less effective due to its progress which was around 100 years behind the central part of Europe. Peter the Great has a major role as he used the west to grasp the west by offering low rates of workers. This helped in exchanging western businesses into the eastern region (Takeda, 2006). The French classicism also helped in establishing a French culture.

The Ottoman toleration rule was one of the most remarkable attributes of the Ottoman Turkish. Majority in Turkey were Muslims, but they did not impose their religion on others. The minorities like Christians and Jews had their own churches and synagogues and had the right to spread their religion in their own institutions. The Ottoman toleration was exceptional as it came from both religious and practical beliefs. Since its beginning, Islam believed in the existence of minorities and established certain rules to order the relationships among these communities, considering the Muslim dominance.
