Introduction

The hospitality industry is one of the oldest industries in the world. In a broad sense, the term Hospitality Industry refers to a group related to the tourism, training, transportation and accommodations, including, among others, cruises, airlines, trains, car rental companies and operators excursions. However, the two key segments are the hospitality industry (also called Hotel Industry) and the Food and Beverage Industry (also known as the Restoration industry). Today, the hotel industry, is one of the fastest growing industries. Accommodation establishments, which include hotels, convention centers, resorts, motels and inns are the industry that ranks seventh among the world's largest industries. The career in hospitality is extremely challenging and requires the highest expertise. Among people who are staying in a hotel or eat at a restaurant, few realize how many people operate in different branches who have specialization to perform with perfection. This makes the activities profitable (Edstrom 2008 pp. 248).

The hospitality industry offers many opportunities for employment and advancement. As a result, of the continued construction of new hotels, expansion of existing chains and operation of new resorts generated a continuing demand for trained professionals in all job categories. Hotel management students are often active people with high levels of motivation that you feel proud to join a career services. Greetings warm, excellent accommodation and friendly actions, these are all images of hospitality. Behind them are highly skilled and trained professionals, who chose a career like no other. Thanks to the efforts of these professionals, each guest is a VIP feel. For people offering their services in hotels, motels and resorts around the world, hospitality is not just a mere tradition, but a lifestyle.

Hospitality is one of the fundamental concepts of humanity. Man as biological essence has always been difficult to survive on the planet. In order to live, he must leave the house, which is his place of permanent residence. Sometimes, the absence of the man stretched into days, weeks, months.
