The biggest dilemma that the firm is facing right now is that it has to sustain its talented workforce, but at the same time they have to look at the budgeting and costs as well. So ABC has to take some tough measures. One of the biggest mistakes that ABC can commit is that they start slashing the number of employs without any sane rationality into it.
