Introduction

There are social factors that promote the recent personality tests. Many of these factors have nothing to do with improving construction techniques or tests better theories. Indeed, it is easier to get good information for 50 years on the personality of people because people are more aware of who they are. There are people in our society whose personality is best measured. Historically, personality inventories were used with bad subjects. This shows how psychology can not see this phenomenon it has yet contributed.This change from the authority has always frightened. However, being more free, people have generally served the cause of society more effectively. This is the great paradox of our civilization and this is the great merit of the sociology of individualization show. If individualization has succeeded thanks to a recovery of personal power, that power is now questioned in many ways.
