Induction ensures that any new employee at the workplace is well integrated into the system effectively. Apart from the basic orientation, someone who is new to the organization would need to understand the business, their job description and how they would be contributing and the terms of their employment (HR-focus. 2007). A feeling of belonging can be induced and issues. This program helps them integrate thoroughly in their team and perform with a high morale.

A company's success depends on how motivated its employees are, and that's exactly what induction training does. It helps new recruits feel like they are part of the organization from the very beginning, and gives them more reason and confidence to progress. These programs help those from multi cultural backgrounds, culturally fit in with the organization and adjust to their peer's diversity.
