Scope

United Nation General Assembly (UNGA) is an important event in which assembly address current issue revolved all over the world. UNGA 2014 will be held in New York City which is become serious concern with perspective to protect is from any terrorist activity. This city was on target of terrorist on planned attack over World Trade Centre on September 11 which is an additional concern to protect meeting from them. To save meeting from any potential threat from both Al-Qaida and Hizb allah terrorist activities we are need to create ad hoc intelligence, implementation of an intelligence collection plan, collected and disseminated raw intelligence pertaining to this event. It will be required because Indian Intelligence are more closer to Afghanistan, Palestine and Iran who may update us about planning of terrorist activities so we may proceed accordingly. Ad hoc intelligence with Raw will be expected to create in next 14 days. However besides from external threats, internal threats are more important such as corrupt officials who widely support terrorist groups and services to criminals that might be serious issue for United States GA meeting 2014. We have to target these peoples as well to stop any unusual activity during UNGA meeting.

Executive Summary

The primary mission of Department of Homeland Security is to prevent terrorist attack within the United States (Randol, 2010). It is also responsible to reduce US vulnerability towards terrorism and minimize the damage, and assist recovery from terrorist attack that occurs in US. Since 2003, Department of Homeland Security is important component to this mission and also has been a member of United States Intelligence Community.
