Introduction

The following paper based on the interim report in which the main purpose is to highlight and review the literature that done in the previous chapters to provide critical evidence for the readers that what actually has been carried out. Furthermore, the report also covered objectives that covered in the report and highlighted the preliminary results of the study. Although, there were numerous problems that were encountered, thus the resolutions and plans to overcome those problems are also highlighted in the report.

Literature Review

This document provides information on the Network Design and the use of network in the common organizational or building structure. Networks are the most important way of connecting computers within the organization and connecting inside and outside the organization or a building which has computer networks and computers interconnected. The paper serves to provide the network design of the present and upcoming network designs. Initially discussing Ethernet and fast Ethernet, we will discuss about different networking designs and their use.

The goal of network management is to ensure that the users of network are provided IT services with a quality of service that they expect. From a business administration point of view, network management involves strategic and tactical planning of engineering, operations, and maintenance of network and network services for current and future needs at minimum overall cost.

Ethernet is the most common LAN technology. Due to its simplicity, low cost, scalability and strong, able to combine well with the IP network, Ethernet technology is from the internal network to the public telecommunication network field forward.

Networks Bandwidth

Many networks today face the crisis of bandwidth; this means that users are looking for performance 10 Mbps Ethernet forcing too much work adequately supports a network.
