Thesis Statement

Conflicts are considered important elements in society. In highly industrialized societies are not too many internal conflicts, they are too few. We need to organize a social system so that fuel conflicts and make them visible, but also ensure that professionals do not monopolize the right to their decision. Victims of crime in particular, have lost their right to participate in this process. Outline the judicial procedure that restores the rights of participants in their own conflicts (Baldwln, 171).

The arguments/evidence

Maybe we do not need any criminology. Maybe we should abolish the institutions rather than establish new ones. I believe that the way it is. I think it is relevant to my topic "Conflicts as property." I suspect that criminology to some extent exaggerated the process in which conflicts are taken away from the parties directly involved in whom they were, and conflicts have either disappeared or become someone else's property. In both cases the result is unfortunate. Conflicts should be used, and not just let them go (Baldwln, 171).

They should be used; they should benefit those who were initially involved in them. Conflicts may cause harm to both individuals and social systems. That's why we need representatives of public authorities. Without them, would have flourished revenge. We memorized it so well that they forgot about the other side of the coin: the large scale of our highly developed societies is not too many internal conflicts. They are too few. Conflicts can kill, but very few can paralyze. I take this opportunity to make a sketch of a situation. This is nothing more than a sketch. This work represents only the beginning of the development of certain ideas, not the polished final product.

Critical Review

As we all know, behind this development there are many honorable reasons and not so honorable. The honorable is related to the state need to reduce conflicts also, incidentally, with the desire to protect the victim. This is obvious. So is the less honorable temptation of State, the Emperor, or whoever is in power, to use the criminal case to their advantage. Criminals should pay for their sins. In the past, the authorities have shown considerable good will on behalf of the victim, to act as recipients of money or property of the offender. Those days are gone; the crime control system does not operate for profit. There are, to put it simply, ...
