Today's world is said to entail high technology, high-stress world and high-speed processes whereby it is mandatory to have effective and efficient communication. In order to have effective and efficient communication is mandatory to listen first. It is only via effective listening that one will be able to get the point that the speaker/teacher is trying to convey and at the same time will communicate about a lot of different things about the speaker as well.
