Job Analysis - Financial Accountant

An individual in this position can be charged with the responsibility of receiving cash in the cash register while entering information into a computer database. This may be combined with the task of disbursing cash to personnel on the basis of memos. More generic responsibilities observed to be present include the monitoring of compliance and the recording of cash proceeds to the bank.

Supplementing responsibilities include the preparation of documents in accordance with the order of cash transactions in the state. The financial accountant prepares payment orders and carries out correspondence with banks so that the process of transferring or depositing money from company accounts can be made in lieu of monetary settlements and transactions.

Financial Accounting refers to external accounting with bookkeeping and accounting.

Tasks in Financial Accounting are monitoring, documentation, financial condition and results of operations, as well as accountability and the preparation of choices.

A Financial Accountant is a specialist in financial and tax matters.

He systematically records the company's financial situation.

The Financial Accountant is responsible for the presentation of the balance sheets drawn up to the authorities and the company management.

In order to properly manage finances, the Financial Accountant must continuously analyze the recorded finances of previous years.
