Introduction

Kidz Sportz with its franchises in more than 13 countries shows few concerns about its revenues and profits. For this purpose, their German franchise was in serious consideration because it was not generating real signs of revenues since the last three years. The results of the analysis shows that the claim from the German franchise is fairly correct that they require assistance in sales support and advertising expenditures because these variable's relationship with the sales is found to be highly significant. Overview of the Company

Kidz Spotz (KS) is one of the international companies who provide active exercise programmes to over 100,000 children in Europe. Currently KS are predicated on a franchise model. Franchises are provided to individual franchisees for a management fee that they pay to KS. The size of this fee depends upon the number of children who attend each local franchise. They also pay commission on small pieces of equipment, tee shirts etc. that they sell to their customers. As well as being given the right to trade under the KS brand they are they are then provided with marketing material and varying degrees of sales support (each year). The programme, originally set up just over twelve years ago, has seen the franchise spread from the UK through to 13 other countries within the European Union within the last five years. Specifically there are 150 franchises in the UK, 30 in the Republic of Ireland and the remaining 2 in each of the other remainning12 members of the European Union. After careful consideration the directors have decided to further expand although they do have one or two concerns as their expansion programme particularly concerning a German franchise they have been licensing for the last three years. This activity will enhance the production if it would be working on a right track and provides affluent outcome sto teh organization. The Sales and revenue would also enhance by this variation.
