This may not be the case for those hotels that are leading with their facilities and accommodations and providing the utmost care and functionalities to their customers but for other small and medium enterprises, this can be consequential and exposed off to having different approaches carried out against the phenomenon. The classification system of such kind is mainly related to the pricing of a particular hotel and that also counts the quality statement. A five star hotel is definitely going to provide services which are better than a three start hotel but the differentiation is mainly carried out by the way different implementations and procedures are brought about with the particular company and more importantly, what sort of individuals are working in the industry (Cervera, 2008, 59).

When it comes to talking about skill shortage, it can be defined as something which is a genuine lack of individuals that are adequately skilled to survive in a particular environment of professional development and advancements.
