Introduction

Linguistics is a broad field of study, contributing to various areas of expertise and concurrently benefiting from different domains. The same applies to language and its relations with science and technology, especially in the case of achieving leadership. Based on a broad perspective on the entire science of linguistics, this chapter will examine selected aspects of the science-technology-language triangle in more detail, those that are important for achieving leadership in research and practice. Changes that have occurred in recent years in the field of government and political organizations like the American society, as well as abroad, as well as developing the integration processes have qualitatively changed the needs of society, which, in turn, entail a change in requirements results in the formation by updating the content and organization of the learning process in higher vocational education.

LIPS (Linguistic and Intercultural Preparation of students for the workplace) is a project funded by the European Union project. Improve the project team is developing measures to help students their abilities required for successful management of their internship abroad. It is necessary to create an Internet-based course in which technologies in the field of social software such as Moodle and podcasts for use based communication .Their focus is of course on the teaching of coping with key situations that occur in everyday work. Situations, such as, the first meeting with the employer or the first day of the new company. Mainly, their developments depend on the following target groups (www.eu-lips.de):

Students in the field of business administration or related fields

Department managers and corporate trainers in companies

Advisers and teachers at universities

In today's socio-cultural situation, a person is at the turn of the cultures, the interaction that requires a dialogic, understanding, respect for cultural identity of others. The purpose of education is the integration of human culture, self-realization, while maintaining the relationship with the native language, culture, conflict identification in a multicultural society. Nowadays in the current market conditions it is more important than ever to prepare and release a competitive professional educational institution, in order to be able to successfully build a cross-cultural interaction.

Patrick Dunn (2008, Pp. 21) observed, “Language is a strange and mysterious thing: it bridges mind and matter, it comes from we-know-not-where, and it has a complex reciprocal relationship with our thoughts. No wonder it's such a ready tool for magic.” This magical nature of language can be discussed in more detail in the areas that seem to have little in common with mystical and supernatural issues, such as science and technology. The interest in the application of magic in various studies is partly related to the nature of modern times, being mercurial and characterized by sudden and phenomenal changes that sometimes escape easy explanation by individuals.
