People's ability to manipulate others reveals their natural indifference to other's well being. Shakespeare has used this concept and discussed this concept in his story of Macbeth. Shakespeare depicted in his story the influence of manipulation through the character of Macbeth and Banco. They both were the knigs of Scotland, and they tried to manipulate each other. The story is based on the murder and revenge. It is a story about Kings and their heirs (Boyce, 12). This tragedy in five acts, in verse and prose of William Shakespeare was probably written between 1605 and 1606, released in 1606 and printed in the folio edition of 1623. The text is unsatisfactory for signs of retouching that seems to be, probably for cuts and interpolations. The source of the work is Holinshed's Chronicle, that the events in Scotland are based on the English version made by John Bellenden of Scotorum Historiae (1527) Hector Bocce. Macbeth and Banco (Banquo) are general of Duncan, King of Scotland. Returning from a victorious campaign against the rebels, are in a plain three witches who prophesy that Macbeth will be "thane" (Scottish noble title like "baron", indicated that the companions of the king) of Cawdor and then king, Bank and beget kings, although it is not intended to be. Immediately after comes the news that Macbeth has been made a baron of Cawdor (Mabillard, 90).

The story reveals that Macbeth's talent for toying with the soldier's feelings indicate that he sees Banquo as a threat. In this story, Macbeth has played with the feelings of his soldiers.
