Introduction

Magnet Recognition Program is a special certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center, an associate of the American Nurses Association. Magnet status means that a hospital is up-to-date in terms of quality care (Broom, 2007). Hospitals must apply through a prolonged procedure and manifest that they meet all ANA regulations and government statutes, own experienced and prestigious nurse leadership, grant and promote nurse feedback without requital, they haven't committed unjust labor exercises, collect data on patient results, and, most important, preserve an excellent record of patient care.
