Abstract

The practices of management and leadership are aimed at mobilizing and development of human possessions for the deliverance of greater performance of the organization. In this study we try to explore the concept of Managing People and the leadership that need to be develop in order to manage them, in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on analysis on of the management theory that directs to the concept of leadership and its relation with learning about the changing management and employee behavior with respect to the environment. The research also analyzes many aspects of organization and it issues related to productivity and change development. It also tries to gauge its effect on organizations missions, values as well as external social factors. Paper will also express the impact of initiatives on organization and individuals; also difficulties in managing initiatives. Further to this, the research will also elaborate the examples of some management and leadership excellence, which started the business as entrepreneurs and led their business with flying colors. The basic concept of this research on the analysis of the management techniques and the inbuilt leadership traits of management. The conclusions will deliver which of them basically lead the business to the steps of success. The point of discussion is quit controversial as most of the time management techniques are the backbone for the success of any business, while at one hand the leadership are the driving factors. It actually depends on the nature of business and theories associated to it. The research analysis will also include the detailed analysis of these organizations and the change management within them. The research analysis will also include the basic theories and concepts that are involved within the management styles and leadership traits of the people, through which they managed the business to the ladders of success.
