Introduction

In this hypothetical research design, the main focus is the five functions of management and their importance in organizations. To run an organization, it is important and essential that the administration should be proactive through which it can easily attain organization's key objectives.

To analyze the working of five imperative functions that are mandatory for every organization we conduct the survey by selecting the targeted respondents. The researcher can approach the research methods through which they can estimate the good predicted results. The researcher further transmits the questionnaire in the selected organization and provide trainer which can help during filling the questionnaire. This questionnaire helps the investigator to use the better statistical techniques and can estimate the better results. The results can be effectual for the future researcher, and they can use it for exploring their basic understanding (Porter & Lawler, 1965).

Functions of Management

The five functions of management is the active process through which an organization can obtain their desired goals by adopting this. Any organization has three key principles which are effective and help the organization to obtain a good position in the market among different other competitors (Whitley, 1989). Management has three fundamental key principles which are as follows:

It is a series or method of ongoing and connected actions.

It concentrates and involves on realizing the organizational targeted objectives.

It can be possible by connecting the organizational people and other resources that has followed the five functions of management.

Management Functions

The five basic management functions that generate the management process and provide effectual outcomes which can be beneficial for any organization include the following.

Planning

In planning stage, managers identify the results they want to achieve and develop detailed plans to perform needed tasks. Proper planning helps the organization to work on accurate place and area. This will save cost, time and energy of the management, and they can easily target the accurate area.

Organizing

In this management function, plans are being implemented in different ways, through obtaining the necessary resources, commitments to others and bargaining agreements. Moreover, organization is important as once you know what we want to do, when they want it and where you want to do, to get organized. This method will help the management to divide the work in to division and subdivision.

Directing

In directing, the tasks are performed by people and manager is responsible to motivate these people. Managers must be able to create a positive spirit in the team and motivate himself to the tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently. In addition to this, this is the best point of the management business. A leader just tells you what you want and help them, guide them, and give corporate power, but not to take over the relevant functions in question. At some instances, the management needs proper guiding because it will save the organization to a big loss.
