Conflicts are an integral part of any social life. This pattern is accompanied by a progressive restriction of perception and decision making skills. Conflicts affect our perception and our thinking and imaginative life so much that we see in the course of events, things are no longer in us and around us right. It is as if our eyes are dim more and more, our view of ourselves and the people opposing the conflict is diminished on the issues and events, completely one-sided and distorted.
