Managing Work and Life

Introduction

Everyone has a right to live life to the fullest. We all have different dreams and aspirations, the pursuit of which leads to a satisfied living and personal content for a lifetime. As we enter business lives, we see that aims are not always fulfilled. One has to settle for less sometimes. The family shares love for cooking, but it is overwhelming to keep the demands for the family and business. Jack's grandmother is more interested in spending time with her great grand baby and is therefore, unable to keep up the increasing business activities at the restaurant.

This paper provides an analysis on the case of a couple who is having difficulty at managing their business and family life at the same time. Discussion: Susan and Jack's Scenario
