2.1 Introduction of Chapter

The literature review section includes a review of different studies that have been conducted on the topic. With the help of the literature review, researcher will identify different facts and information essential for drawing out results and findings that are important for this study.

The literature review is to identify, obtain and check various sources and other materials that may be useful for research purpose and to extract and compile relevant information necessary to the research problem. Majority of this data is collected through secondary sources on online and public libraries. The literature review section builds upon the concept of special education within inclusive settings and role of elementary school principals in supporting teachers towards special need students in inclusive settings.

Today's HR managers experience a major challenge of creating and nurturing good employees in the reputed firms. It initiates from the process of selection of the employees in Ncell Pvt. Ltd. Nepal. Usually, “interview” has been employed as an imperative approach by HR managers since former times. The cost of retraining and rehiring congeals the significance of selecting and hiring the right person for the right job. It necessitates a valid and reliable interview procedure. This proposal intends to determine a methodical and efficient method for selecting senior employees. The suggested interview process based on three steps (3D) does not even assure 100% achievement in hiring the best employees in the firms, however the suitable implementation of this process, will enhance the hiring process for the best person.

The triumph of modern business organizations eventually calls for using the resources efficiently. Human resources are one of the resources, which is involved in the process of managing the assets and resources of the firm. Certainly, employing other resources depends upon quality and talent of human resources. As a result, the organizations are now combating for proficient and efficient human resources
