MBA Personal Statement

I am an independent, motivated individual with great attitude and work ethics. I have strong team-working skills, where I am good at working both individually and in team. Because of my working experiences, I have excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. To have a successful career in management, I have gained experience of postgraduate with the time frame of one and a half year. As for the working experience, currently I am working in the energy industry as the customer service advisor. In the current job, I am responsible to work with the customer management duties and to deal with customers. Previously I worked as the billing advisor where I worked to help the customers to help them with the queries of their bills. My most current role is the insurance sales advisor. Within this job, my responsibility is to convert the lead into sales.

As for my skills, I have a strong intense desire for the completion of everything which I try in a successful way. I have the inner urge to go an extra mile, put more effort to achieve and fulfil my goals. I have a positive personality. I see things as 'half glass full' whether the situation be related to life, business or any other. I don't lose hope or feel disappointed after failures and not at all have a habit of looking backwards. I am a persistent person by nature where I understand everything to be straightforward and that long run requires patience with hard work.

Application of technology, creative thinking and adaptability are intrinsic for the management of business. With time, I have developed these principles and enjoyed my working experiences which have taught me how to approach psychological, political and economic perspectives. With my education in management and my experience in customer relations managerial jobs, I have learnt that real-life businesses solutions and their implementation.

I want to study Masters in Business Administration. My current qualification is masters in management. My aim is to have a career in management. I have a passion for it and therefore I want to study MBA which makes me improvise my leadership role and gain insight into the business world.
