The mind and body is interrelated and the communication among the human beings is dependant upon their physical and metal states (Cammarta, 2010). The action that is preferred by the human being is the physical action and it ha s a psychological impact.

There are techniques that have an impact upon the life of human beings as these techniques reduces the stress and anxiety and these techniques were designed to enhance the mind positive impact upon the human body. These are mind therapies used to affect the body and the mind however the mind and body therapies are interrelated. The mind has an impact upon the body as the physical functioning of the mind effects the metal states (Mind-Body Therapies, 2013). The mind and body connection has been raised from the former times and philosophers have raised the issues and identified different theories. Moreover the psychologists have continued the approach of philosophers regarding the mind and body and its impact upon human behavior. The mind and body Tai Chi mediation technique is discussed. History of Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an effective technique of reducing the mental trauma and stress related disorders in the human brings. The Tai Chi technique overcome the problems in the human beings such as arthritis, rheumatism, back problems, lack of balance, high blood pressure, stress, post-traumatic stress and lack of energy (Hasel, 2013). The Tai Chi is the Chinese's Medicinal Technique. These techniques have improved the Chinese way of life. There are certain a form of Tai Chi that exits in the society it includes the T'ai Chi Chuan and T'ai Chi Chih. They believe that the technique is for tuning the body of the human beings and cope with the environment. According to psychologists the Tai Chi technique is useful in reducing the stress, anxiety and depression. The most adaptive method for the recovery of the patient as numerous clients are cured and recovered with the mind and body exercise as it have positive impact upon reducing the psychological and physical distress from the human body.
