The failure to achieve justice is proven to occur due to the discrimination of poor or weak people, who are unable to defend their opinion in respect to prove true and fair view.

The most critical situations in which the miscarriage can occur are the stable political conditions where a support is needed in the well built institutions to guard human rights and correct miscarriages. There is no need of any dramatic or striking situations for the circumstances to be violent or vicious in miscarriages of justice. There are many situations and scenarios where the miscarriage can be occurred in strong institutions as well. These strong institutions involve the use of fashion to distort to manipulate and outcome to give a clear representation of the justice. In this representation, a true reality of the misinterpretation of justice is showed in true and fair view.
