Introduction

In finance, investment is defined as the purchase of an asset with expectation to get higher return in future to increase income or appreciation of value of the asset (Mayo, 2012). Therefore, in financial terms we can say that investment is related to the monetary asset that is purchased or in which investment is made with the mindset that certain asset will generate income in coming future or the asset's value appreciates and then it can be sold at higher price.
