Ans1- The nature of motivation carries immense value for any person. There are several people who play a vital role in increasing the motivation of any person, but it depends a lot on an individual's effort. If the person will not have a high level of motivation to learn some useful activities then it would not produce a positive impact on the attainment of the task. On the other hand, when an individual will have a high level of motivation to learn an activity that will provide benefits in the future, then the attainment of the task will not be an issue for him or her. This is the reason why the nature of motivation counts a lot when an individual tries to learn some meaningful activity. Even, though, people play their role for increasing the motivation of a person, but, they cannot be given the entire responsibility. It all depends on an individual in achieving an appropriate level of motivation. Therefore, the nature of motivation has its own range, and, it affects learning of the people in various ways.

Ans2- There have been several accounts, instances and ultimately contributions that have been for the purpose and objective of identifying key traits and objectives of being motivated towards professional goals and personal objectives respectively. Many authors and prominent psychologists have highlighted key contributions in the area and field of motivation. Amongst the works that have been produced, and undertaken, for the purpose and objective of making substantial, and, substantial contributions. Few came forth as viable prominent and have been extremely popular, and, that the work presented in lieu of motivation is still referred to, and, practiced till date. These researchers include theorists like Abraham Maslow, David McClelland, Victor Vroom, Frederick Herzberg etc. Abraham Maslow, a noted psychological and a pioneer of the discipline of management, has been known for making substantial contributions in the field of human development. The needs theory posted by David McClelland gave in a more detailed explanation regarding, needs that are identified by humans in their daily, and, consistent life patterns. Victor Vroom was a renowned professor, and, psychologist has made significant and, ample contributions for the purpose, and objectives, of identifying expectations that arise from needs, and, the accounts of fulfilling them. Frederick Herzberg has been the prime source of understanding and learning the accounts of making practical contributions in the name of motivation. Frederick Herzberg has been a strong contributor, and, sociologist in the name of identifying motivation, and, thought processing patterns. They have been prevalent in the name of the all the works that people have, and, practice today accordingly. Therefore, these have been the theoretical approaches implemented by various psychologists.
