Motivational Statement

Statement of Purpose

My name is Luwei Xie. I have completed my MA, and currently I am doing my MBA from Silicon Valley University, San Jose, California. The expected date of my graduation is 2014. However, my main dream is to get a doctorate in business administration. I am keen to get enrolled in an education program that would help me to develop my attributes as a business professional, improving my competitive business skills, gain knowledge regarding leading entrepreneurship, the highly proficient business strategies, and distribution network and to attain a strong foundation in systemic analysis and research. In order to accomplish these goals, university of Liverpool seems like a perfect option. I will consider myself really lucky if I get enrolled in this prestigious and well known university.

Educational Background

I have completed by BA degree from the International Economics & Business, Guangdong University of Business Studies, Guangdong, China in 2008. I received the award for Best Leader by the Economics, Business, and Statistics departments. After completing my BA, I took admission in Asia Pacific Studies, University of San Francisco, to get the degree of Masters of Arts (MA) in 2010.

I believe that learning can polish the skills of an individual as a professional and improve his professional proficiency. Keeping this thought as my main focus, I took admission in an online MBA program, run by the along with my ongoing job. This program will end soon, and I am expected to have my degree by 2014. I have also done some additional courses regarding the learning of Korean and Japanese languages from University of California and University of San Francisco in 2009.

Professional Experience and Expertise

As professional experience is the basic requirement of university of Liverpool, I can assure the administration that I m a perfectly eligible candidate to get enrolled in the university. I have extensive experience in the field of business administration. My experience in the business world has played a dynamic role in modifying my perspective and to enhancement of my professional skills. I believe that learning is a vital phase of life which provides an individual with the basic knowledge regarding the handling of various circumstances and making timely and appropriate decisions. My dream is to become an entrepreneur with capacious business knowledge, strong technological dexterity, creativity of ideas, and leadership skills.

Management has been one of my principal expertise that has been evident from my work. From my strenuous work and endless dedication, I have proved myself in the previous organization I worked at. Back in 2005, I started my career as a simple Sales Manager in Huihuang Audio & Video Company, Guangdong, China. However, I did not stop there and kept working hard, looking for better opportunities along with my studies. It is due to this academic progress and cognition, that today I am working as a CEO of SinoGreen International and the COO of Deal Delivery.
