Abstract

The study that is the real world approach to Neuroscience is related to the improving nutrition, posture and awareness of the mind on leadership performance using mindfulness techniques for stress, communication and focus or engagement in different activities like leadership performance. This study is based on the neuroleadership which shows that how important body measurements, body weight, body composition, heart and metabolism of a person are, as it affects the person's nutrition, posture and awareness of the mind which directly affects the stress, communication and focus or engagement in different activities which indirectly affects the leadership performance.

Statement of the Problem

The study is related to the soft or real world approach to neuroscience which particularly focuses on the effect of improving nutrition, posture and awareness of the mind using the mindfulness techniques for stress, communication and focus. In the context of Neuroscience and Leadership, Neuroleadership refers to the use of results from neuroscience to the field of management. Neuroleadership is the science which provides a new framework for understanding and thus enhances the practice of leading others. An enhanced understanding of how the brain works have shed light on the ways in which leaders are that is enhance the thinking and strengthen the ability to influence others.

The most recent discoveries in the physiology of the human brain, documenting the scientific explanation of social and organizational phenomenon very recurrent and known, as it is, the resistance to change in individuals, families, organizations and nations.
