Abstract

In this study we try to explore the variegated aspects of no child left behind Act in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on reviewing a number of articles those analyze and talk about the no child left behind Act. The research also analyzes many aspects of the articles of the no child left behind Act and tries to gauge its effect on the provision of education. Finally the research also describes various recommendations that can be used to further improve the process of provision of education.

Introduction

Life is beautiful! To enjoy each and every pleasure of life is the privilege right of an individual. There are few factors that impede an individual to enjoy the each pleasure that this world or this life offers. One such factor is financial aspect or financial condition of the people. The unavailability of finance snatches away one of the most important right that is education. Getting education is one of the basic rights of human beings. Education is something that causes its impact on the whole life of an individual. In our society, there are scores of children who are unable to access this basic right of education. In order to spread and provide education many social workers, NGO's and government take many steps. These steps are aimed to make the provision of education to the children of poor people so that no child would be left behind to get access to this basic right of education. One such step that has shown remarkable impact and has got the attention of many is no child left behind Act. The aim and objective of this paper is to talk about this Act from variegated perspective. The paper would talk about the different articles of Act and then also describes the impact of this article.

To talk about is imperative because it is the act that is designed to improve the process of provision of education to the poor. The analysis of these articles would reveal the plus minuses, positive negative and strengths and weaknesses of the Act. By highlighting these strengths and weaknesses of the Act an attempt can be made to bring improvement in the steps of the provision of education that are already signal positivity and are substantial contribution towards the provision of education to the poor children. On the other hand this research paper can also be used to improve all the negative points that this research highlights. In order to improve the process of provision of education to the poor children this paper also discusses few of the recommendation for hiring of the instructors and teachers.
