Organization Change - Crisis House Mission (Hypothetical Organization)

Abstract

The collections of interaction and inter connection of human resources and non human resources that are working together in the direction for a common aims and objective or set of goals within the framework of relationship which are properly structured. This is very important as it has a direct impact on the patients and the status of the organization (Scott, 2011). Crisis House Mission is a nonprofit organization who works for those people who are facing and experiencing a psychological, emotional and life structure emergency. In this house, psychological diagnosis takes place. These patients have some mental problems due to which they try to attempt suicide or those actions which can harm them very efficiently. Such type of organization needs to have a proper structure of program as any lacking or deviation in these programs can affect the organization structure and its policies. This research is contemporary and a meaningful way to view organization, and behavior of the employees. The discussion is on the issues faced by the non-profit organization facing due to employees ineffective production that may be the result of the ineffective training program, hiring techniques and communication problems. Further discussion is based on the solution and effective strategies of the problems that the organization is facing. Moreover, the interview of the staff and head counselor states the reasons, improvement and strategies regarding the motivation, communication and leadership problems.

Introduction

Crisis House Mission Service is a decentralized public body under the Ministry of Health of the Nation and is rector, within the field of health, in relation to the standardization and implementation of policies on disability and rehabilitation. The Crisis House Mission Service is a decentralized agency under the Ministry of Health of the Nation and aims to promote the rehabilitation and integration of people with disabilities of all kind.

History

The Crisis House Mission Service was created in 1956 under the name of National Permanent Commission for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled, under the then-named Ministry of Social Welfare and Public Health. The commission was formed by a group of outstanding professionals in the field, among which we cite the famous doctors of USA." The main objective of the Commission was the development and implementation of a program of rehabilitation and training throughout the country and the organization of the Crisis House Mission Centre. In 1967 the initiative was passed to declare March 23 as "National Day of Rehabilitation", coinciding with the day of the creation of the National Commission. The National Rehabilitation Service is designated as such, by Decree No. 1854 of 1969, to replace the National Commission as a self-governing body (Byron, 2002).
