Introduction

Organized religion is a system of faith that includes doctrines, principles and worship practices. It is organized in the sense that everything has a fixed standard. There are many organized religions; examples include Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism (Azbell, 2010). The basic idea behind an organized religion is the existence of a God or gods whom people are supposed to worship and obey by following set principles and regulations. Failure to do so results in God's wrath and religious punishment.
