Outdoor Adventure Activities

[Institution Name]Outdoor Adventure Activities

Introduction

The discussion revolves around the On-Site Outdoor and Adventurous Activities for all pupils in key stage three using existing facilities and resources. As the Head of Physical Education at the Chelsea High School, I aim to design and implement a 6 week unit of work for the teaching of On-Site Outdoor and Adventurous Activities for all pupils in key stage three using existing facilities and resources. The school is a mainstream secondary school for pupils aged 11 - 16. The school provides an inclusive curriculum for all pupils including some pupils with moderate learning difficulties. At key stage three class sizes are 30, organised as mixed-sex groups. Physical education lessons are 60 minutes, and there are 4 full time members of staff within the Physical Education Curriculum.

The proper functioning of the school depends largely on the quality of training, and the relationship between teachers and students. Students are motivated to give the best of them, when teachers help them understand the meaning of what they should study referring to the growth and the reality around them (Lee, 2007). This applies to all schools, public and private, of all degrees. Through this work, we will try to give answers to the challenge to use it as an educational tool; outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, field trips, horseback riding, bicycle rides, and rafting. Generally these activities are organized in some educational institutions as a complement for the community that lives in recreational exceptional experiences (Kelly, 1971).
