Introduction

The purpose of this study is to expand the boundaries of our knowledge by exploring some relevant information relating to the issue of smoking prevalence in Saudi Arabia. This is a study of the influence of religion, parents, peers, and knowledge on smoking behavior among college students in Saudi Arabia. This dissertation describes how religious practice, parents, and peer smoking behaviors and attitudes, and knowledge about the dangers of smoking influence cigarette smoking.
