Abstract

The purpose of this research proposal is based on the study of outsourcing manpower. This has provided many advantages to different organizations of which saving the time and the cost were the main reason to outsource. Moreover the advantage has been provided to the countries where the services and the operation are being out sourced. Outsourcing has been one of the most followed trends in India. There are many advantages in acknowledged by different enterprises in the past by different. In this dissertation the researcher has aimed to find the advantages and the challenges that are being faced by the client companies and he companies that providing the process of outsourcing. The dissertation has carried out the mixed methods research through collecting primary and the secondary data. The primary data was collected from the organization that s based in UK and has out sourced it services from India. Therefore the advantages and the challenges of the out sourcing manpower from India will be discussed in this study. The result will be concluded depending on the results of the study. It has been found that cost effectiveness and the time saving together with the competitive and strategic advantage has been provided to the organization that has outsourced its services.
