The section describes and explains the concept of child neglect. The paradigm of child neglect is not an easy one, but rather, the concepts that are based upon the mechanics of its consequences. The section introduces the concept of child neglect, as in, where does it begin, as well as, how does it evolve through the flaws in the parenthood. The section is further based upon two sections, they are;

Description and assimiliation of concepts: It demonstrates the idea of child neglect, as well as the development and research studies that present the concept of child neglect.

The background, foreground and the consequences: the section encompasses of the study of former researches that are done on the subject.

What does it do to the child

Child neglect has always been a very significant concept in child psychology. It is one of the most influential determinants that disturb the whole premise of child development, and make the child totally contrary to what he was supposed to be. The phenomenon of the development of child neglect in a relation of a parent and a child is solely based upon the idea that the nurture of the child has to be backed with full attention.

The impact upon, child, family and society: it assesses the impact of the child neglect upon the victim.

Parenting causing the trouble for child: how parenting contributes to the development of the child neglect.

Child neglect and the society

The section studies how the neglect of the child, as the citizen of the society. The paradigm encompasses of the idea tha the relation between the development and nurture of the childhood, as well as, the responsibility towards the society encompasses of a two-way process, a child delivers what he has been taught.

Neglected child as a citizen: the future of society in perspective of a neglected child.

Marriages in the society and their impact upon the child: how bad marriages contribute to the creation of childhood neglect.

The author examines different methods of examinations in detail, and therefore, lets the medical and other stack holders develop a more optimum solution to the problem caused by the situation of child neglect. The book is a complete description that entails how to know and find out about the case of child neglect.
