ABSTRACT

The prevalence of Internet use with an increasing push towards more interactivity and user control formed the basis of this study. The information derived from the study may serve as a guideline in the development of online course materials for adult undergraduate learners. The expansion of online degree programs prompted the need for a more detailed study of learner interactions, engagement, and motivation. The study sought to understand if there are any differences in learner knowledge retention or engagement based upon how the navigation of course materials occurs. This research studies the effects of E-Learning, in the modern world. It tends to inculcate different notions related to the subject of e-learning in order to develop an effective and efficient understanding of the subject. This research adapts the mixed research approach which helps in identifying and interpreting different phenomena's regarded as important in order to develop an effective and efficient understanding of the subject.

CHAPTER 4: ANALYSIS AND DISCUSSION

This chapter provides the analysis of data obtained in the research. After collecting the data, the researcher analysed all the key points and jot down the major findings through both quantitative and qualitative techniques. The data collection is an important step in the research study that needs the researcher to adopt different methods. The data is usually collected in two ways that is through the secondary and primary resources. The secondary data is collected through the online web sources while the primary data is collected through the individuals by visiting them on their respective places. Both the sources of data collection are reliable in their own ways and provide the researcher an opportunity to carry out the research in an effective manner. The secondary data collection is an important method for collecting the data. In this method the internet sources are used for the data collection that includes the access to different libraries and gaining information over particular topics. The primary data is collected through the interviews or survey questionnaire by designing questionnaire that is related to the topic and cover all aspects of the research topic.

The data that is secondary in nature has been collected through the online web sources including different worthwhile websites. Moreover, these online websites presented the reliable data that is extracted from different journals and the textbooks. The data related to the leadership theories and the models of leadership is considered to be the valuable data for the present study that is targeted on finding out different reasons of why there is difference in thinking towards what makes a good leader.
