Politics and wars both appear important and crucial factors of rule. It is not possible to rule without power, and history has proved that along with power, political strategies are very important for the success of any rule. This is the reason that there have been a number of researches conducted in order to understand the relation between the rules of politics and power and how it can assist in becoming a global super power (www.iep.utm.edu). Therefore, the concept of politics become more complicated when associated with the international political strategies. After World War II these studies became more essential in order to understand the reason for the international political and war strategies.

There are a number of resources available to look for the relevant material for the research of understanding the politics and wars. One of the main and the most common is the article obtains from the largest search engine Google. The article retrieved from Google is the academic article, which provides basic understanding of the philosophy of war and politics. Apart from this, there two more articles, one retrieved from the Proquest data base and another article from the EBSCO web data base.

The Internet Encyclopedia of Philosophy IEP provides a peer reviewed article about “The Philosophy of War”. This article not only discusses basic definitions of War, but also provides detailed understanding of the causes of War. This article also assists in understanding of human nature and war, and then finally provides detailed discussion about the War and Political and Moral Philosophy. There are a number of other definitions of War as provided by, Hugo Grotius, Denis Diderot, and according to Karl von Clausewitz, “war is the continuation of politics by other means” (www.iep.utm.edu). This article also provides detailed information about the war as discussed in ancient Greek Philosophy by Heraclitean or Hegelian or by Voltaire All these provides different ways of defining War, but most important aspect is that, the war can be best define in the political scenario.
