Overview

The means of word environment has refers to surrounding conditions and atmospheres for existence. It is quite important for organizational leader to understand the environment before they start doing business organization. These factors known to be political, economical, social, technological, environment, governmental, accounting agencies, cultural and demographic of people.

The external environment has comprises from the outside factors that might impact on the workings of organization. Organization external environment has broadly divided into two different types of interactive that known to be directly and indirectly. First type of interactive has immediate impact on the organization. While on other side, indirect interactive type of environment has secondary and distant impact on the organization.

The category of directly and indirectly environment forces involves social, cultural, global influence, technological, economic and legal and it may impact one the organization more than another just because of business nature. Conversely, the category of directly interactive environment forces has includes business owners, suppliers, customers, competitors, employees union and employees.

Drummond, et.al, (2013) indicates that understanding and knowledge about organization external environment is a vital for organization in order to run a successful organization. The external factors may also affect the business that are includes social factors, such as how consumers, communities, households and their beliefs changes (Omololu, 2013). In same way, legal factors in which legislation in society may affect business such as changes in working hours of labours. Economical factors that describe how the country economy may affect the business such as imposed of taxation, general demand, government spending, exchange rate, interest rates, European as well as global economic factors. Political factors includes how changes in the government policy may also affect the business such as a decision to subsidies to build new houses that could be good for the local brick works.

Technological factors indicates that how rapid pace of change in process of production and innovation of product may affect the business. Ethical factors that relates to what regarded as morally right or wrong for a business such as business start trading with those countries that have a bad records over human rights and it would be seen as unethical.
