I believe that the Professional Integrity offers precious insights not only for philosophers concerned in proficient accountability but also for common readers in a selection of settings, representing that useful ethics. The character attributes need to be cultured at an early age of a person in order to make him professionally responsible. The words professional integrity is frequently used in the business situation in order to explain the method that one should act. Though, it is often assumed that everybody holds the similar principles of professional integrity. It also means building decisions in the border of brain as to what is correct, as an alternative of what will construct me look improved than others. Or what will acquire me that support. Yes that is a satisfactory viewpoint to have, yet it ought to only involve belongings that are principled, good enough, and decently right. Professional integrity also has a feature of dependability to it (University of California, 2006).

You need to be accountable to your colleague, your corporation, and your consumers. There should be no query as to whether they can count up on you when they want to. Dressing is also one of the essential elements that have to be followed. You need to be properly well dressed in accordance with the events. The professional employee has to be conscious of what he or she should wear in professional settings. They need to do their job work on time. They need to be punctual. They need to communicate to their co-workers and maintain good relationship with them. If there is a change in his or her company then they need to be acknowledged themselves.

Personal Experience

If someone cheats in his working environment or do some kind of unethical act then he or she is not sincere to his or her work. In a working environment, the professional integrity is needed to be maintained. If individuals failed to follow the rules and regulations of his organization then he is not doing his work with full devotion. There is an employee in a healthcare sector who knows everything about her job conditions, requirements, and job ethics. But sadly she cheated in her job. She is a nurse who takes care of patients. Once she was working in a hospital and she had a duty to work in the night shift. She was required to take care of all those ICU patients where her duty was assigned. Patients were in a critical condition. So, it was compulsory for her to give them the care and medicine on time. But, then she did not care about her patients. She slept, and did not bother about the patients. When the doctor came in the ICU, he made her awake and punishes her. Though, she wanted to become a radiological technologist, but this act of her irresponsibility showed that she is not sincere and honest to her profession. She is not maintaining professional ...
