Introduction

Professional learning is essential to demonstrate the culture and conditions to execute an effective professional environment. This professional grooming is in fact the most useful way to improve the professional skills. The study tries to explain the present status of the school-family relationships from the personal perspective. It would give an insight and the ideal vision for professional growth through which professionals can engage in truly effective inside and outside classroom activities, and maintain an appropriate professional relationship with the children, young people and adults in the school setting.

Relationship marks one's wellbeing in a social set up. The process of man's learning about, fostering and developing relationships starts with their birth. In civilised societies human protection is a social obligation and establishing rapport, respectful and trusting relationships with people expects certain human behaviour (Burnham, Louise and Baker , 2011 , pp 77)

We can assume that how one's way of talking and quoting others highly affects the cognitive skills of children who in turn learn to respond in the same way and develop similar behavioural attitudes toward others.
