The study has also analyzed the significance of human resource development in the aviation industry. The following dissertation is based on the topic “Training Recruiting and Developing Human Resource in Aviations”. The initial and first chapter of thesis will demonstrate and illustrate on the introduction of the topic, which will also highlight the major aims and objectives and background of thesis. The second chapter of the dissertation will examine and analyze the previous studies. The second chapter of the thesis will provide a detailed review of the previous research studies in the particular field and subjects. The chapter of literature review will explain and emphasize the training, recruiting and development of human resource in aviation. The third chapter of dissertation will explain and focus on the methodology of the proposed research study. The fourth chapter will analyze and explain the findings of the proposed study and detailed discussion will also be provided on the topic. The final chapter of thesis will provide conclusion which will also illustrate the future implications and recommendations of the proposed research study.

Background of the study
