In the following proposed study, we will analyze and examine the concepts of recruitment and training and their significance in the aviation industry. The study has also analyzed the significance of human resource development in the aviation industry. The primary focus of the study is to analyze the recruitment process and the various kinds of training given to pilots in the aviation industry. The research study adopts the secondary research method for the purpose of data collection and analysis.
