Introduction

Today, research has been very important as its purpose if to inform action. The main aim to research is to produce knowledge. It is very important that the research should be high quality so that its knowledge can be applicable outside the field with implications that goes beyond the group that are involved in the research. Research always includes reflexivity. It is very important to develop reflexivity in both research and learning. Reflexivity is a new concept in the philosophy of science. The principle of reflectiveness is as used to methodological tool. It is a concept with a broad and pluralistic development mainly in what is meant by Social Sciences and Humanities, but much more limited in the field of Health Sciences (Wilkinson, 1988, 439). Reflexivity is a central dimension of educational professionalism. In this paper we are going to and how psychologists have attempted to put this into practice. The purpose of this paper is to let readers know about the important of reflexivity in the field of psychology.

Reflexivity

Reflexivity can be defined as is the ability of a social system or a person to relate to themselves, i.e. from own premises and action decentre programs to take a critical view of themselves. Reflexivity is a property of social theory, which allows new thinking, based on the results and changes that occur within own sociological theories of society. The term reflect reflexivity in the context of qualitative research, comes from the Anglo-Saxon literature. Reflexivity can be carried out individually or in groups. It is a simple exercise for people treated by psychologist as it is based on a simulation that allows awareness of the thought processes of the human mind that accompany the action. The concept of reflexivity refers to the self consciousness of the researcher as "object" of research, i.e., the incorporation of his own "contextualized" as a necessary component of the process of knowledge. The importance of the interpretive component and interaction with the participants has contributed to stress the significance of reflexivity in ICS, particularly when it comes to assessing the quality of research work.

Reflexivity exercise must be reflected in each of the different stages of the process research and communication of results. The practice of reflexivity is closely linked to the values ??and ethical commitments of the researcher to the participants and others involved in the investigation, or for patients with potential recipients of the results, and with himself as responsible for design and development. The link between reflexivity and ethics is bidirectional: the exercise of reflexivity is necessary for the implementation of the "ethics in practice" but in turn this exercise is hardly feasible without the ethical commitment of the researcher. There are two type of reflexivity. One is personal and other is epistemological. Personal reflexivity refers to how beliefs, values, interest and acquaintances of a person influence his or her research work.
