Introduction

Aviation industry always aims to appoint best human resource in order to avoid loses of human life and for their company. This is the reason that aviation industries usually face problems with the recruitment of people who can prove to be the asset for the aviation industry. There are many concerns associated with the selection of candidates for the aviation. Most of the children at their teens, and at high school level decide to join aviation industry and to become pilot. Aviation industry also faces problems with the shortage of pilots and availability of qualified pilots (Plunkett, 2009). This requires that every individual must pass the interview and selection criteria for the selection as pilot. This requires conducting market research in order to get right candidates for the aviation industry and to attract more people to join this field. It is more essential to select children at high school level to understand their requirements and needs to join aviation industry, and what are their expectations with this career. There are various interview questions based on general requirement of the aviation industry to mach needs of people who are interested in joining this field. This data will provide assistance to the airlines so they may focus their marketing efforts. The interview will be conducted with the children of high school in order to determine their background, career goals, and type of aircraft they would ultimately like to fly.

Interview for the airline is different from any other company or any non aviation organization. Interviews for airlines involved different procedure for it required to test the skills and ability of candidate to cope with the difficulties of flight management. One most important thing is that interviews are designed in a way that can provide complete information about the candidate and how well the person would be able to cope with the rules and management in this industry. For this reason, there are interview questions that not only provide information about the background and interest in this field, but it also provides assistance in getting information about ability to follow orders and how well a person a can manage with the requirements of this system.
