Introduction

The paper topic will broadly discuss the History of Human Services. The research that I will do, primarily discuss the difference between the approaches used in the organized charity movement and the house settlement movement of helping the people. In the history Jane Adams and Hull House has done significant work on the organized charity movement and the settlement house movement.
