A research shows that the strong relationship has shown that effective communication is one of the essential elements for a healthy life. To ensure that the students have various and adequate types of academic opportunities to develop, learn and bring the desired results, the mentors often involve in curricular mapping. According to diverse sources, almost 20 years ago medical history taking and physical assessments were performed by physicians only. Since that time, nurse practitioners routinely perform these tasks with high levels of skill and accuracy.
