Introduction

Nurses play a variety of roles in the nurse-patient relationship, as they are highly focused on providing care directly to the patients with full regards. However, there dedication is not limited to direct they also indirectly lead to the patients. T he role of the nurse in the treatment of patients particularly in hospitals is difficult to overestimate. Nurses are the most essential in care for seriously ill patients, conducting many, sometimes quite complex manipulations, all this is the direct responsibility of the nursing staff (Aiken, 2001, pp. 43). The nurse is also involved in the examination of the patient, to prepare it for various surgical interventions, working in the operating room as a surgical nurse anesthetist or observes patients in resuscitation and intensive care. All this places high demands not only the knowledge and practical skills of nursing, but also its moral standing, ability to behave in a group when communicating with patients and their relatives.

Discussion

Nurses provide care expertise and skills in direct patient care, as care work is definitely not simple to the range of pure technology and knowledge. The tradition in this regard is to maintain the dignity of the individual and care activities to include the role of the nurse caring and appease. For example, care is the core of the majority of measures, as it is also an essential skill for professional nurses.

The task of this role is to convey the understanding and support of the important things of the patient, including attitudes, and behavior and to express concerns for the interests of the patient. Moreover, there duty is to help patient as a person, not a machine that has to be treated. The basic role of nurse is to accommodate care to the patient and provide attention to needs of the patient as to knowing what the patient needs and mainly where the difficulty lies.
