Introduction

Water gate is being setup in Dubai which is known as the aqua leisure water park in the country. Water gate is a large project comprising many facilities and services. The area of the water gate - aqua leisure park is the 5.7 square kilometres. The cost of the water gate - aqua leisure park is 1.15 billion. The water gate - aqua leisure park will be constructed in 36 months. The different and the significnat features of the water park will include an artificial beach with waves smiliar to what is seen at beaches, a high waterfall that would be 25 metres tall, a deep forest spread across an area of 2.2 square feet area, 15000 tall trees and around 20000 plants and a lo0ng river with turbulent waves which will be around 1.25 kilometers long.

Water gate - aqua leisure park project will provide the a number of facilities and opportunities of employment comprising direct and indirect labours. The direct labours will be consisted of around 2700 employees and the indirect consist of around 4750 employees. The main idea, vision, mission, objectives and the plan behind the water gate - aqua leisure park project is to generate interest in the people of Dubai regarding the marine life and also the water based activities. For this purposes, different stakeholders will be investmenting. The investors of the water gate - aqua leisure park believe that the commitment with the EXPO 2020 will help the investors in order to increase the information and the knowledge of the water gate - aqua leisure park.

Aim of the Study

This study is about the Water Gate - Aqua Leisure Water Park project which will be developed in the UAE. This study considers the safety management of the project. For this purposes, this study includes the safety management tools and the measures of the Water Park, different safety management plans and the duties of the operational manager for providing the safety and the security to the construction workers and all those present on the site during the construction (Wilson, 2000).

Safety Management

The safety management of the park is defined as the management which is used for the security of the workplaces. The workplace of the park is the Water Gate - Aqua Leisure Water Park. The safety management is also defined as the ways and the effective measures which is used for the security of the visitors and the customers. The safety management is very important aspects for running any type of business whether that business is associated with the park, any FMCG organization or with any other recreation things.
